Replace YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with the key from your order, and keep it in an environment variable. Never ship a secret key in client-side code.

Use the model ID shown on the product page, for example glm-5.3 or glm-5.3-flash. It is also listed next to every key in your account.

Before you buy

Questions before your first pack

Straight answers about packs, keys, model families and refunds.

How is a pack priced?

Each product is one pack of a specific model, such as 1M tokens of glm-5.3 or 100 images from glm-image. Media models are billed per finished asset. Buying more units multiplies the quota, and volume breaks kick in at 10 and 50 units.

When do I receive my access key?

As soon as the order reaches a completed status, usually right after payment is confirmed. The key appears in My Account › Order History and is also sent to the order e-mail.

Do token packs need shipping?

No. Every model pack is a virtual product, so checkout skips the shipping address and shipping method entirely.

What happens if my order is refunded?

Keys are only active while their order stays completed. If the order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, its keys are suspended automatically. If the order returns to a completed status, the same keys are reactivated.

Which models can I buy?

The GLM-5.3 flagship and its Flash and FlashX siblings, the coding and agent generations, vision-language models, image and video generation, and speech recognition. The model directory lists every pack with its context window, output limit and capabilities.

Can I buy several models in one order?

Yes. Add as many packs as you like. Each order line gets its own key with its own model ID and quota.

Is registration free?

Yes. Creating an account is free and doesn't include model credit. We recommend buying while logged in so that your keys are always stored in your account.
